OUR TEAM

Meet Our Experienced Professionals

We have a centralized intake process. You can review our therapists here, and you are free to express a preference of who you'd like to see. However, all intakes are reviewed by a clinical psychologist, and are assigned according to the needs and preferences of the client, and the skills and availability of the therapist.

Yes, confidentiality is a cornerstone of our practice. All information shared in sessions is kept strictly confidential, except in specific circumstances required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others, or suspected child abuse). We will always discuss these limits with you at the beginning of treatment.

The number of sessions varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find relief in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.
