OUR TEAM
Meet Our Experienced Professionals
We have a centralized intake process. You can review our therapists here, and you are free to express a preference of who you'd like to see. However, all intakes are reviewed by a clinical psychologist, and are assigned according to the needs and preferences of the client, and the skills and availability of the therapist.

Consent for Services Delivered by Phone or Video
The use of telephones or video conferencing can come with some unique risks, and it is important to be familiar with these. We only use video platforms that are designed for healthcare, use end-to-end encryption, and do not record and store the session.
Privacy & Security
Only the people on the call can access it, and once terminated, there is no audio or video record of the call's contents. We use bank-level encryption to protect your information.
Emergency Protocols
It's important for us to know where you are during the session, so that we can take action in the event of an emergency. We'll call your phone number on file if connection is lost.
Private Space Required
You'll need to ensure you have a private space for your session. If none is available at home, consider using a parked car for phone sessions.
Payment Information
You may be asked to provide a credit card number which we keep on file. This will be charged only after services have been rendered, if you are responsible for payment.
Important Considerations
Internet Security
While we research the security of our online tools, we are not internet security experts. The internet constantly evolves, so clients should bear in mind there is some loss of control over confidentiality and privacy.
Phone vs. Video
Note that telephones are rarely encrypted, putting them at hypothetically greater risk than encrypted video services. If you're anxious about video security, consider that telephone may actually be less secure.
Data Usage
Video sessions will consume a considerable amount of cellular data. Consider using video only when you have access to a wireless network to avoid excessive data charges.
Setting Up the Client Portal
Video services and secure messaging are available through our Client Portal. If you have not had a telephone intake, please do not use the Client Portal for your first contact with us. Instead, please phone 705-735-4776.
