Mona Atrzadeh has completed a Doctorate degree in psychology and holds a certificate in assessment. She is currently completing the process to become registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario.

Mona has acquired experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. She has knowledge of and experience working with various mental health diagnoses including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), selective mutism, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Mona's therapeutic approach is integrative, as she draws from various modalities in her practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She also has experience supporting parents using Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT).

Her assessment background includes conducting psychoeducational, ADHD, ASD, and psychodiagnostic assessments.
